Since every scrubs set is made-to-order and stitched specifically according to the selected measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly request customers to double-check:

Color
Style
Embroidery name/spelling
Quantity

before placing the order.

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

The wrong item was delivered
The product has a defect or error created by our team

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos as proof.
