Terms of service

Welcome to ZAAR. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All ZAAR products are made-to-order and customized according to the customer’s selected size, color, style, embroidery, and add-ons.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Order Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all information provided, including:

  • Name spelling for embroidery
  • Size selection
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Product customization details (Length alterations are limited to shirt/top length and trouser length only. ZAAR does not offer alterations for sleeve length, bust, waist, hips, shoulders, or other body measurements)

is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

ZAAR shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Orders may only be processed after receipt of advance payment or successful payment authorization.

ZAAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock limitations, or operational constraints.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

All delivery and production timelines communicated by ZAAR are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • order volume,
  • customization requirements,
  • fabric or material availability,
  • public holidays,
  • operational limitations,
  • courier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • strikes,
  • governmental restrictions,
  • or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While ZAAR will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe, delays shall not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, damages, or cancellation rights.

5. Courier & Shipping Responsibility

Delivery Attempts, Customer Availability & Redelivery

ZAAR ensures dispatch of all orders to the designated courier service in a timely manner. However, successful delivery is dependent on customer availability and cooperation with the courier.

ZAAR shall not be responsible for delivery failures arising from:

  • customer phone being unreachable or switched off
  • incorrect or incomplete address details
  • customer unavailability at the provided address
  • failure to receive or respond to courier contact attempts
  • refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

In such cases, the parcel may be returned to ZAAR or held by the courier.

Where delivery fails due to customer-related issues, any redelivery or return-to-origin charges may be payable by the customer before re-dispatch is processed. Since each order is customized and incurs shipping costs both ways, ZAAR reserves the right to recover such logistical costs before attempting redelivery.

ZAAR will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist in successful delivery coordination.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases where:

  • the wrong item was delivered,
  • the product received significantly differs from the confirmed order,
  • or the item contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Minor variations in color, stitching, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or sizing tolerance shall not be considered defects.

7. Product Representation

Color, Fabric & Minor Variations

ZAAR makes reasonable efforts to ensure product images closely represent the actual product. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • fabric dye lot differences and restocking batches
  • lighting during photography
  • screen display settings (brightness, device calibration, etc.)
  • natural texture variations in fabric and stitching

Such minor variations in color, shade, or finish shall not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, ZAAR shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses,
  • loss of profits,
  • emotional distress,
  • delay-related losses,
  • or damages arising from misuse of products or failure by the customer to follow sizing instructions.

ZAAR’s total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, customers agree to first contact ZAAR customer support and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, the customer confirms that they have:
